The cottage is ideally situated within close proximity to the beach, local restaurants, shopping centers, and Blouberg Hospital. 50m from the My City bus stop where the buses connect all over town.

Corner Cottage is part of West Beach Cottages, with Blouberg Cottage next door and Windsong Cottage further down.

Corner cottage is very private and secure, with all the modern amenities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Parking is outside the cottage up on the allocated paved parking in front of the sign which says Corner Cottage Parking.

To ensure safety and peace of mind there is 24-hour detection-notification security camera surveillance on all outside property perimeters, monitored off-site by Innoza Group security and supported by Star Alarms armed response.

Very Important and for everyone’s safety: Please keep the front door to the road closed at all times and locked please kindly take note of Cottage Terms & Conditions:

• This is a non-smoking premise. Please only use ashtrays provided outdoors.
• Only registered guests at the Cottages, please.
• Municipal by-laws state no loud noise or sound after 10 pm Sunday to Thursday and after 12 am Fridays & Saturdays
• If you wish to braai at Corner Cottage, please keep the braai on the stoned area only. Never on the grass. Put out fires once finished braaing.
• Please bear in mind that there are level 5 water restrictions in Cape Town.
  There is crystal clear borehole water available to supply the cottages in cases of draught.
• This is self-catering accommodation. Limited toiletries, cleaning products, coffee & teas are supplied at the commencement of the stay.
• Parking is in front of the cottage front door for Corner Cottage and in front of the Main House for Lilacs. Please do not park in front of any driveways or in front of the neighbors’ premises. There is security camera surveillance on parking areas for your vehicles.
• Check out is at 10 am whereby keys must please be returned to the main house.
• We love furry friends but animals are unfortunately not permitted.
