Accommodation at Paters Haven can be either in a fully equipped self-catering apartment which sleeps four persons or alternatively in one of our two bed and breakfast units which each sleep two adults. Enjoy comfortable clean accommodation in rooms which are private and relaxing, have safe off-street parking, free WiFi and all the requisite facilities to make your stay a pleasant interlude on your travels.

Business travelers are welcome and the seasonal winter flower visitors consider this an ideal base from which to plan various day trips to enjoy the spectacular flowers in the district.

Golfers can enjoy a game at nearby Vredenburg or Langebaan golf clubs whilst other activities worth a visit are the West Coast Fossil Park, SA Fisheries Museum, West Coast National Park, boat cruises on the Berg River or in the Veldrift Bay, bird watching, seasonal whale and dolphin sightings or two well-known game farms –accessible for day tours.

We have a panoramic sea view from all units and are 200 meters from the beach. The units are the ideal mid-week or weekend getaway –and also the perfect place to unwind for the weary traveler from inland.

We serve a continental breakfast for the BnB visitor and leave the other meals to the 15 odd eateries in the village – every palate has an offering Crisp white linen, heated towel rail, and practical amenities help set the mood for a relaxing experience.

Activities

West coast activities are seasonal, but enjoy walks on the beaches, horse riding, kayaking in the bay, kite or windsurfing, beach-buggy tours, sea views, or simply relax in the number of well-known restaurants or even the Panty Bar while enjoying a local beer or superb wine with your seafood.
