Low season

Location

Smart Stay Self-Catering Apartments Somerset West is an ideal base from which to discover the breathtaking surroundings of the Western Cape – the Cape Winelands, Stellenbosch and False Bay’s best beaches. There are several renowned golf courses situated within a radius of 3km from the apartments. And with easy access to the N2 highway, it’s only a 20-minute drive to Cape Town International Airport.

They are only 3 minutes drive from the center of Somerset West, where there are many restaurants, cafes, bars, wineries and Somerset Mall, with more than 200 shops. They are also within walking distance to Water Stone Mall with Woolworth bistro, PnP, Mugg & Beans and lot of restaurants.

Booking Requirements

Deposit: 50% deposit required within 5 days after making the reservation, balance required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note that they only accept VISA and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total cost
• 30 to 15 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total cost
• Less than 15 days or no-shows 100% of the total cost
• Early departure 100% of the total cost
• Please note that your reservation can be confirmed once the pre-payment (50% deposit) has been received.
• 25% of the total amount is NOT refundable after any kind of cancellation.

Our LATE Check-in is till 20:00!!

Arrival after 20:00 has to give notice before.
