This newly renovated & spacious 1-bedroom apartment is a jewel within walking distance from Blouberg (Kite) Beach, shops & restaurants. Enjoy the comfort of beachfront living as a base for your exploration of everything that Cape Town has to offer. The apartment includes an outdoor patio with seating to enjoy the African sun.

The space

This one-bedroom apartment features an en-suite bathroom, a guest toilet, and a stunning open-plan lounge and dining area. The Northwest-facing balcony offers shelter from the Southeast in summer and partial views of the Atlantic Ocean & Table Mountain. There is a dedicated parking space under cover for one car with limited visitor parking available. We have a smart TV with Netflix (just log in to your own), YouTube, and uncapped Internet.

Guest access

The apartment building is only accessible via our secure basement parking and the entire apartment is available for use by guests (apart from a locked supply closet).

Other things to note

Please note that while we do allow day visitors, bookings are strictly for guests only to stay overnight. We implement a fair-use policy on pre-paid electricity and will make sure that you have sufficient tokens loaded to start with for the average user. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 9 am as this is a residential building, so we ask for the respect of our neighbors.
