We have an apartment by the pool. JR rooms by the pool are neat and stylish. It’s at a secure house, with an alarm system and a security gate. There is parking behind a security gate with a separate entrance next to the main house. Privacy is respected at all times.
The apartment opens up onto the pool and has a fully equipped kitchen with an indoor braai and pizza oven. The dining room table converts into a pool table.

Booking Policy
When making a booking, we need the following:
- We require a 50% deposit within 3 days.
- ID and a R600 breakage deposit in cash on arrival. Failure to provide an ID and breakage deposit will result in cancellation.
- All bookings must be paid in full on arrival unless arranged with management
- The accounts must be settled no later than 10 a.m. the following day.
- No Manual card payments or American Express cards.
- We charge per unit and not per person.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel between 15 – 21 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the admin fee.
A 10% Admin fee will be deducted from all cancellation
- 0 – 7 days before check-in forfeit 100% deposit paid
- dsq8 – 14 days before check-in forfeit 75% of deposit paid
- 15 – 21 before check-in days forfeit 50% deposit paid
