We have a one-bedroom self-catering suite in Parow North, Cape Town. Thoughtfully designed, Well-equipped, and Well-maintained.

The Suite is neat and stylish. It’s at the back of a secure house with a security gate and alarm system. Free and secure parking with a private entrance. There is a big pool at the main house that can be used by guests. There are braai facilities. The Cottage has its own small courtyard where one can enjoy reading or just relaxing. Privacy is always respected.

You’ll be asked to agree with the below rules when you make a booking.

Booking Policy

When making a booking, we need the following:

• We require a 50% deposit within 3 days.
• ID and a R600 breakage deposit in cash on arrival. Failure to provide an ID and breakage deposit will result in cancellation.
• All bookings must be paid in full on arrival unless arranged with management
• The accounts must be settled no later than 10 a.m. the following day.
• No Manual card payments or American Express cards.
• We charge per unit and not per person.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel between 15 – 21 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the admin fee.

A 10% Admin fee will be deducted from all cancellation

• 0 – 7 days before check-in forfeit 100% deposit paid
• 8 – 14 days before check-in forfeit 75% deposit paid
• 15 – 21 before check-in days forfeit 50% deposit paid
