Membership & Listings
We do reserve the right to choose NOT to list any specific accommodation / service or remove it if any kind of a dispute arises around this listing without any further notice.
We would assume that by entering information on this site you agree that it is true and that you are the rightful person allowed to list and receive bookings for the specific accommodation or activities.
If you are the rightful owner/operator and a dispute arises, kindly use the contact page to get in touch with as much detail as possible.
All rates listed on this website are subject to change and are subject to confirmation by the listing property owner. Rates are subject to change as owners please, but we cannot be held liable to enforce rates that have mistakenly not been updated.
We do reserve the right to market additional offers related to this website to members (like featured listings and any additional features), but this will be done with discretion, and we don’t foresee any more than a few emails a year.
Your information is safe with us and we will not share it with any third parties. If any future opportunities arise that are not part of this venture, we reserve the right to send you an offer (related to your service of course), but this will only be in related ventures that we have a personal interest in, NOT any third parties.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Booking cancellation terms are tied to individual properties. Below you can find a general guideline for cancellations, but individual property terms will most likely still apply at the discretion of property owners:
- Full refund up until 30 days before arrival.
- 50% refund up until 7 days prior to arrival
- No refund within 7 days, unless we are able to re-book (often at lower rates to increase chances of booking) in which case we’ll refund as and when possible (no guarantees on rates or refund amounts are made) to do so.
Booking cancellations for properties that we don’t manage is the sole responsibility of property owners and Cape Town Getaways cannot be held responsible in any way.
