The estate is located between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek and offers a number of conference rooms, wedding venues, and a restaurant. It is ideal for business travelers, wedding parties or a holiday break away with easy access to the surrounding wine farms.

Rooms

Zorgvliet Wines Country Lodge Accommodation offers the following:

• 1 Loft (room 14) located on the 2^nd floor and accommodates 2 guests
• 2 double rooms (room nr 1 & 2)
• 7 superior double en-suite rooms (rooms 3 – 9) that can accommodate 2 guests each
• 1 Private suite (room nr 10) that can accommodate 2 guests
• 2, two bedrooms, one bathroom family units that can accommodate 4 guests (room nr 12 & 13)
• 1, three bedrooms, two bathroom family cottage unit that can accommodate 6 guests (room nr 11)

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, luxurious, and individually decorated. Some rooms even offer views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains

The Lodge features a private lounge, where breakfast is served in the mornings and an outdoor swimming pool area that provides a relaxing spot to unwind throughout the day and enjoy the sunset in the evenings.

At Zorgvliet country lodge accommodation they also make use of an external spa company, who offers you a great variety of treatments in the convenience of your own room.  So there’s no need to leave your room to enjoy a treatment, they will bring the spa to you.

Booking Requirements and Payment

• Provisional reservations: Will be valid for 48hours only. To confirm your reservation a 50% deposit is required.
• Confirmation: Only upon receipt of the deposit slip and written confirmation by fax or email can your provisional booking be confirmed. We will confirm all bookings by email or fax after receiving the deposit.
• Reservation Balances: The outstanding balance of the Total Reservation Value shall be paid on or before the date of arrival.
• Final Accounts: The payment of any outstanding accounts that occurred during a stay is to be paid prior to departure.

Cancellation / Moving Policy:

• Thirty or more days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• Between seven and thirty days before arrival: 75% of the deposit will be forfeited.
• Anything less than seven days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Credit card payment: Facilities are available.

VAT: All prices quoted include VAT.

Indemnity: The owners, managers, and staff members of Zorgvliet do not take any responsibility for any of the guests’ belongings or any injury, damage, or loss suffered by any persons. The guest accordingly indemnifies Zorgvliet Wine Estate against any claim arising out of the loss or damage to any such belongings and the guest waives any claim it may have.

House Rules

• Pets: Pets are not allowed
• Smoking: Please note that this is a non-smoking establishment, and smoking will only be allowed outdoors. A recovery fee will be added to your bill, should you smoke within the room.
• Breakages: The client is liable for any losses, breakages, or damages of any kind on the premises.

Arrival and Departure Time

• Arrival Day: From 14h00 (unless other arrangements have been made) Arrivals later than 18h00 by arrangement. Please supply us with the necessary contact details.
• Departure Day: By 10h00
