Weskus Hokkie is based on the Steenbokfontein farm, 8 km outside of Lambert’s Bay. It is ideal for nature lovers and even for those who simply love spending time outdoors. For surfers, it is the perfect place to be as it is located close to some of the best surfing spots the West Coast has to offer.
Romantic Weekend Getaway
The setting for Weskus Hokkie is secluded, but still within reach of civilization. If you feel like it, you can stay secluded and do your own thing, or you can venture out to places like Muisbosskerm (just down the road) and also take leisurely romantic sunset strolls on the beach.
You can also laze away in the wood-fired jacuzzi (we use a ‘donkie’ to warm it up) and appreciate the views (especially sunsets) over the Atlantic Ocean.

- The bathroom is to be found outside and was built without a roof so that you will be able to have a look at the stars. It is built between two rock formations and also provides a shower and a bathtub.
Guests are to please bring their own firewood.
Please Note:
If a couple makes a booking at Weskus Hokkie, there is no space for children, as we only cater for two people, however, if requested, we will be able to accommodate one child only.
Parking is available about 30 m from the house and there is a path that leads to it. Guests are welcome to explore the caves and rock art on the premises as well as take a walk through the labyrinth. Die Plaaskombuis is the restaurant on the farm and the restaurant also has a tearoom.
Guests are to please use the water and electricity with respect to nature and the farm. Weskus Hokkie also asks that the guest do not litter on the farm or in nature and please do not use the furniture or bedding without respect. There are lanterns for the candle ‘s in the unit. Please do not put the candles on the rocks.
Weskus Hokkie tries to the ambiance of the nature and canopy of stars and farm life. Please look after our nature with love and respect.
