The Ocean Room

• The Ocean Room is on the ground floor with its own private entrance 34 meters away from the best lookout bench for best dolphin sightings
• Sleeps: Max 2 pax in a twin single bed set up
• High season rates: From R1 650

The Solo Traveller

• The Solo Traveller is also on the ground floor with its own private entrance used mainly by paraglider travelers and the likes
• Sleeps: Max 1 pax with 1 single bed
• High season rates: From R850

The Jetty Room

• The Jetty Room has its own private entrance and balcony in the same set up as The Ocean Room (subject to availability)

The Shell Room

• The Shell Room is the Honeymooners suite and for travelers looking for extra space. Even their own giant balcony with sun loungers for sundowners
• Sleeps: Max 2 pax with a giant super king bed
• High season rates: From R3 080

The Seagull Room

• The Seagull Room is on the top floor with a shared balcony only approximately 5 meters away
• Sleeps: Max 2 pax with 2 single beds with its own bedding next to each other (Like the Ocean Room)
• High season: From R1 800

Both The Outeniqua and Ocean Sunset Deluxe Rooms

• Both The Outeniqua and Ocean Sunset Deluxe Rooms are also on the top floor next to each other with magnificent sea views each sleeping 2 pax only on a queen size beds extra length in each room (I confirm no extra beds/rollaway or cots available)
• Rooms: All rooms have their own private shower and bathroom
• Amenities: WIFI in the lobby/next to our sparkling pool and honesty bar with a great South African Pinotage and most rooms too.

Booking Requirements and Payment

• Reservations Deposits: A 50% deposit is required upon reservation.
• Reservation Balances: Balance for your reservation is to be paid on arrival and is non-refundable.
• Credit card payment: VISA or MASTERCARD or cash facilities are available.

Cancellation Fee:

• 14 days or less: 100% of the deposit
• 15 – 30 = 50% of deposit
• No refunds

House Rules

• Children: Please note the Guesthouse does not accommodate children under the age of 15 years. Children 15 years and older are considered adults and pay full price.
• Extra Beds: No extra beds available for rooms, strictly one to two persons per room.
• Pets: Regret, no pets allowed
• Smoking: Property is strictly non-smoking in all common areas, all rooms and around the guesthouse.
• No Self-catering or Braai Facilities available.
• Arrival and Departure Time: Check-in: 14.00 / Check out 10.00. Departure prior to booked departure will attract full payment of the quoted room rate.
