Our sea-facing Sea Star Rocks Suites (ca. 60 sqm plus terrace and balcony) are situated on the Ground and First Floor.

Sea Star Penthouse

60 sqm Master bedroom.

• Hansgrohe shower temple, 2 basins, and an extra toilet.
• Modern Couch (tv lift with a 55inch 3D smart tv in the backrest of the couch – invisible – comes out of the couch via remote).
• The couch is also convertible into a sleeper couch.

Booking conditions

• Rates are per night, include VAT 14% and are quoted in SA Rand (subject to changes without prior notice).
• All reservations require full prepayment at least one week before the arrival of guests (end of the cancellation period).
• Provisional bookings will only be held for the period of time stated on the provisional confirmation, thereafter the booking will automatically be released.
• Age 0 – 2 free of charge
• Age 2 – 6 R400 supplement charge
• Age 7 – 12 supplement charges of 50 % of the adult sharing rate will apply per child per night from age 13 adult rate
• All Rates include Breakfast

Deposit

To secure booking confirmation – 50% of full booking amount – for one night bookings 100% deposit

Cancellation policy

Rooms booked are subject to the following cancellation clauses:

• Cancellation 30 (thirty) + days before arrival 25% of full amount payable
• Cancellation 29 (twenty-nine) – 7 (seven) days before arrival 50% of full amount payable
• Cancellation less than 7 (seven) days before arrival 90% of the full amount payable

Check-in time: 14:00 to 18:00, Check-out time: 11:00
