Cancellation Policy

• Less than 7 days prior to arrival, liable for the full cost of the stay.
• From 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit the full deposit.
• From 14 to 21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
• From 21 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations prior to 28 days to arrival will be refunded in full, less 5% transaction fees.
• In the event of a premature departure, guests may be liable for the total cost of the stay.
• Payment of the deposit implies full acceptance of this policy.
